I have few questions about the process of application for new H1B.
1. Do my employer needs to file I-129W (H-1B data collection and filing fee exemption) form if they file for new H1B in April 2004?
2. If my employer is not exempted under part B of form I-129W, do they have to pay additional filing fee of $1000?
3. How can I know if my employer is eligible for sponsoring for Green Card?
