Application pending fingerprint review for a year??

My status has been the same almost for the last year after I gave finger prints in July 2004. Current status reads as follows:

On July 30, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.


Anyone with the same experience?? Does that mean my application is out of the regular adjustment waiting list?

I did FP last July and there is no update so far. I have the same situation here.
