Application of RTD

I would like to apply for a RTD, and I have renewed my NP but never traveled back to COP. What I should answer in the application? Will that give me a problem when I apply for citizenship? The reason I renewed my NP was because my father passed away a couple years ago, but after I renewed then realized that wouldn't be a good idea.

Your answer should be Yes. Don't lie on the application. that is the worse thing that can happen. We don't know the consequences, and nobody on this forum has yet to apply for a citizenship with renewed NP.
