filling 8/24/01 ,, moved to DOL 3/5/04

the AVM no. i got from this link gives me the info " Notice of Finding " issed on 28th april. response due on june 2nd 2004 . i dont know what is it, waiting for my lawyer to get some letter , will update as soon as he gets back to me

Sorry to hear about NOF. I hope it's a minor issue.

Anyway, NYDOL is current regarding cases so keep pushing/asking your attorney regarding NOF and have them submit rebuttal as soon as possible.
