Application-Issue Place?

Hello,

I am planning to apply for OCI, there is question about where the passport is issued, when I looked at my US passport there is info about place of issue.

I live in Miami, do I apply at NEW YORK?

As you live in Miami, Florida, Consulate General of India - Houston Texas has jurisdiction over your application. So, you should apply for OCI there.
In the OCI application, there is an entry regarding "place of issue of passport", you can enter US there.
