I contacted Congressman on 25th June got reponse 29th Aug.
It says that "The representative who contacted me(i.e Congressman ) advised me that your applications are in queue to be adjudicated. I will continue to follow up with the USCIS in this regard and will notify you of any progress".
They did not mentioned anything about name check.
Dis any of you guys received this kind of response from Congressman/Senator's office.
According to infopass/talking to IO all my name checks/backgrounds checks are cleared and wiating to be assighned to officer.
I also send out a DHS 7001 form to CIS Ombudsman. Got a response that he send an enquiry to NSC and expect a response in 45 days. Also he noted the complains I made in form and try to address them. I mentioned that my case os old and according to IO/Infopass all my checks are cleared and still my applications is not processed.
