Hi All,

My Canadian PR application form was returned with the message below

"Your submission does not meet the definition of an acceptable application as set out by the Immigration and Refuge protection Regulations R(10) See Appendix D"

In another sheet "Appendix D", the notes said
Schedule 1 for Spouse is needed even though not immigrating to Canada..

They also put a stamp on my aplication (For Office Use only - Date Receipt Stamp at Post)
"Regional Program Center, Immigration Buffalo, $552, NR"

Now I am sending this back with the information asked by them.

QUESTION: 1. Should i send the same application form with their Buffalo stamp ON ?? Or should i prepare a new application page ?

2. Will they keep track of the previous application history OR will this be considered a new application ?

Thanks all for your help
Arun

Yes, you should send back the original application with the Buffalo stamp. It will be considered as a new application and you will get your file number accordingly. I dont think they keep track of the applications that were returned.

Question Regarding R(10) See Appendix D

Recently I haev applied for PR in Canada. My application was returned based on:

R(10) See Appendix D

What does this means ?

What I need to do ?

Please let me know.

Looks like after Retrogression tons of ppl are applying for Canadian Immigration and they are becoming stricter in what they will accept. Guys please fill your forms correctly and completely and do give IELTS if you want to be succesful.
Thanks

Hi Mummy_1947,

What does the letter say exactly? They must have explained why they are not accepting your application.

I searched the internet and came up with the following information:

"Appendix D Notification to applicant: Incomplete Use of a Representative (IMM5476) form. To be used when returning an incomplete application under R10"
