Application for permanent green card

Hey Everyone!

I would really appreciate if you guys could please lend a hand to my family.

My wife has a marriage based greencard (temporary), where she obtained it on 4/19/2012.

To my understanding, in order for her to get a permanent green card, she will need to send in a form I-751. Is this correct?
Also, the earliest time she can send this in is 90 days, prior to 4/19/2014, right? (this is the expiration of her current temporary green card).

Lastly, how much longer does she have to wait prior to applying for US citizenship? Which form does she need to fill out then?

Yes, she needs to file I-751 90 days before 2 year anniversary of obtaining temporary green card.

She can file for US citizenship 90 days before 3 year anniversary of first green card issue date. In your wife's case it will be on or after 1/19/2015. To be on the safe side regarding dates, it is better to file after 1/26/2015.

Yes, assuming you guys are filing it jointly. If you two are divorced, she can file as soon as the divorce is finalized.
