Application for labor if working out of home

I work from home in Buffalo, NY for my company located in NJ. I have to travel to the client sites whenever necessary. Can I relocate to Maine/Rhode Island to file for my labor application? My company is not willing to open an office in the other states. Can I show my home as the place of work?

In future, all the LC will be processed in National processing centers (Chicago & Atanta). They will process the LC based on FIFO, irresepective of which state it was filed. So, there is no time benefit in filing from Maine/RI. So, it is better to file from where you will work when you get the GC or from company HQ.
