When you submit information about your prior work experience, does one need to have reference letters from all jobs you've had, and also does one have to have info on at least three years of work experience in order to qualify for H-1B (all backed up by reference letters)?

Would anyone please let me know if this information is correct?
 
No, you do not need reference letters normally and you do not need 3 years experience unless you do not have a 4 year bachelor's degree.
