Application for AP documenet Returned from USCIS

Hi Folks-
I have applied for my traveling document but USCIS TX Service Center return my application stating "We are unable to system verify that I have Form I-485 on file. You did not submit the proof of filing such as a copy of Notice of Action....."

My I-485 Case has been pending from last 3 years and this is my 3rd Traveling Document.

I have never received the receipt for my I-485 Application and always apply without it. I have attached the copies of previous traveling documents as well.

How can I provide a proof that my I-485 Application has been pending with USCIS?

Any idea folks.
 
That's just strange.... Probably it is better to contact USCIS Costumer Service !!!
How did you apply for AP before , without any supporting docs. ??? What did you write in your aplication form , on "your current status" , etc ....????
Probably we are missing something here ...:confused:
