$330. Except that no fee is required for military applicants filing under Section 328 and 329 of the INA.
A $70 fee for biometrics may be required.

Fees are accepted in the form of money order, personal check or cashiers check only. Checks should be made payable to Department of Homeland Security or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

You send in one consolidated check ($400). That's what I have done and many-many other people that I personally know.

Yes, one check only ($400). This is clearly stated at USCIS web site.

I send 2 ($330 and $70) to CA service center for me and my wife on Jun 1. All 4 checks cashed same day on june 13.
