Hello,
Where on the USCIS website is it written or shown which application form should I use for filing for US citizenship for MINORS?

You don't apply for citizenship for minors. They get citizenship automatically when their parents naturalize (if certain conditions are met), then as an optional step their parents can apply for proof of their citizenship in the form of a passport or N600 certificate.
