Appears VSC hasn\'t started approvals for EAC-02 yet. So no Aug approvals.

As far as I have followed...

it looks like Aug 13 RD is where EAC 02 starts. It could be earlier than that too. Any ND that is OCT 1st or after then EAC will be 02 thats for sure.
 
In the order of RD of August filers,

First EAC-02 guy is:
kumbhardare EB2 INDIA 04/07/00 "08/05/01" 10/10/01 01/24/02 EAC-02-047-5xxxx

Second guy :
ee EB3 CHINA/Hgkg 04/01/00 "08/06/01" 10/11/01 11/20/01 EAC-02-009-5xxxx,NY

Third guy:
485_vscwaiter EB3 INDIA 04/01/00 "08/08/01" 09/26/01 12/05/01 EAC-02-280-5xxxx

Fourth guy:
NJGC 11/01/99 "08/11/01" 10/10/01 12/21/01 EAC-02-009-5xxxx

Fifth guy:
rajofboston INDIA 09/01/98 "08/13/01" 10/01/01 04/08/02 EAC-02-001-5xxxx,Manchester(NH)

From this guy most of the guys have EAC-02 series "but again"
There are EAC-01 series also in between EAC-02. That is:

Now someone may have a question like what may be highest EAC-01.According to the August filer postings,

Om 05/07/99 "08/05/01" 10/01/01 NoFPyet "EAC-01-286-5xxxx"

But also found "EAC-01-576-xxxxx". There are 4 August filers with this series:

EAC-01 series continuously came upto August 13 and from then the EAC-02 relay started. But there are still some zig-zag allotments of EAC-numbers.

If anyone has a question "how come". No answer

I dont see it on rupnet.

Could you tell me where u are getting it from?

It should be either EAC-01-280-5xxx or EAC-02-
