Appear for FP before appt date?

My FP appt date is two weeks from now, but was wondering if it's possible to go for fingerprinting earlier than that. Did anyone successfully appear & get fingerprinted earlier than the appt date on FP notice (in Atlanta)?

BaSh is right. I did my FP before the scheduled date but that was in Albuquerque. Being less load in BSCIS support center they didn't care for the appt. date but I am not sure about Atlanta.

I did it

Last year, Buford highway in Atl, one week before the date. No problems whatsoever, service people were nice and very accomodating. Some people indicated they were asked to wait until after last scheduled person was processed. It did not happen in my case, I was processed in order of arrival.
