Hello, how are you @Sm1smom ? My case was rejected. I think it was due to pending asylum, although the rejection decision never mentioned asylum. Even in the interview, it did not mention anything. It only mentioned that I was not qualified and mentioned my entry and expiration dates only. I contacted three lawyers who confirmed that they could reopen the case because I did not have any accumulated days before submitting asylum. I trust this group because here are all experiences from people, but I saw in the timetable that there were cases of acceptance with pending asylum and cases of rejection.
