My I-140 application was denied and my lawyer appealed the decision on january 30th. We have not had from INS since then not even to indicate that they received the appeal. Does anybody know how long it takes and does INS vermont reconsider the decision or they just send the appeal to the Board of appeals in washington. Please gulus help.
