Appeal: Denied Adjustment status

My education is 10+3 year Polytechnic + AMIE.
INS was denied my 140 + 485. And INS is saying that education credentials are not equal to 4 years US BS Degree.

I’m intending to go for appeal on this. Any one comes across this situation with similar education credentials. Please advice me.

This deniel must have depended how yor labor application was filed. with your background u easily fit in EB3 but it all depend on how ur labor was filed.
i have seen 12+3 yr diploma + 5 experience gone through GC approvals

I too think so. It's mainly LC problem. Normally polytech (10+3) + AMIE + some years of exprience should work fine for EB3. But if this LC is more specific for 4 year college graduation, then I140 could be in trouble.
