Appeal: Denied Adjustment status

My education is 10+3 year Polytechnic + AMIE.
INS was denied my 140 + 485. And INS is saying that education credentials are not equal to 4 years US BS Degree.

I’m intending to go for appeal on this. Any one comes across this situation with similar education credentials. Please advice me.

INS is blind, they like our 10+2+3 degrees but not Polytechnique. You will need to get your education evaluated through INS authorized evaluation agencies. Your attorney can assist you with that.

With your qualifications- it is difficult to get approved. Try a good lawyer and get your qualifications evaluated- did you not do that earlier? :eek:

I can't understand this logic. If INS can grant H1 based on your qualification, then why not GC which is also based upon on the same qualification. They are bunch of idiots and jokers. I think you should get a good lawyer to fight.
 
File for MTR (Motion To Reappeal) and submit education evaluation. That should solve the problem.
