I aplyed fro the Nunc pro tunc asylum last year ..
still waiting for answer havent been to interview yet.

my employment card expired and i aplied for a new one.
now i got a I-797C notice of action for biometrics

my q is what is "I-797C" ????
anyone??

I-797C means: NOTICE OF ACTION.

SOMETHING: << We received your application for adjustment of status, or USCIS travel document, or what ever the case may may; we will notify you when we make a decision blah, blah...>>
