Aplication for adjustment of status

Can anyone tell me how do I apply for the Adjustment of status. I was approved on nov/2003 and I am ready to aplly.

go to an immigration lawyer and he will fill up the application for you and tell you what to do

DO it as soon as possible. 1 month lost is close to 2 years lost in gettng your green card....SET A DEADLINE FOR DEC 1...Its wild but later on u will appreciate it filing at the right time...Hurry RUN.stop reading....

Make sure you get a lawyer to do that and do not attempt to save money. If the lawyer is good enough, he would get them everything they require and they wont ask you for RFE (Request for further evidence)

Can you explain that?
I was supposed to apply Nov,7th too, but didn't have the money.....
Plus, do they really request additional evidence and what kind?

In general, what does RFE constitute? Is it only the medical stuff?

From past posts, it looks like someone who filed on their own got RFE while someone who used the service of immigration lawyer didn't get RFE.

Is the RFE just medical or there could be more?
