AP_in NY

nothing's changed

NY INS never allowed same day AP and that's the situation now, so nothing's been changed my friend

Have any idea how long does it take? Does walking in to file the application make the process shorter or almost same as mail? thanks for your reply

r u planning to walk in to VSC, in that case I have no idea it would make the process any shorter, however, u cannot walkin in NYINS and handover as they wud tell u to mail it to VSC.

So, i guess, u send to VSC asap. Talk to ur lawyer anyway, he may have a better idea, but a short cut is highly improbable.

Its talking now a month if u r lucky, mine AP ND is 14th Nov. i'm keeping figures crossed

Since my lawer changes $400 lawyer fee and $150 filing fee, I would rather do it by myself.
But where should I file it, NYC INS or vermont service center?
and which kind of doc i need to prepare? thanks again
