AP xtensn question

Hi friends,

I am applying for my 2nd AP . The first one expired in Feb 03. I am still on H1 but still I want to be safe on this... After going thru the forum here is what I have for doing on my own:

1. Copy Passport
2. Filled up form I-131
3. Attachment letter for reason for travel
4. Check of $110 for INS
5. Front & back copy of I-94
6. Copy of 485 recpt & 140 approval
7. 2 INS style snaps

I hope this all is correct. I am sending all these to the CSC Laguna Niguel office.

The only doubt I am having is in Part 3 section of form 131 it says 'Date of intended departure & 'expected lengh of trip. Im my case I dont know the exact date but can be from 2-3 mths from now.. So what should I put ??

Secondly does anyone has INS LAguna office where I can fedex the packet since i only have the PO address. Last question does mere fact of applying the renewal of AP invalidates H1 status ?

Your advice/ inputs will help this Paroleeeee....
