My OPT expires Oct 28(after completionom my degree on F1 student visa). My husband will get his citizenship on Nov 3 when will be able to apply for 485, ead, and ap? So I will be out of status for that many days when I apply. Will there be a problem in getting AP approved or EAD, or 485 since i will be out of status for that many days?
