AP what if not used

I got AP issued but my plans to travel cancelled, I did not use it, Now what I have to do, do I need to inform USCIS?

I don't think u need to notify anyone.....AP is a way for u to re-enter if you leave the country while in AOS.......if u cancel ur plans, there is no need to use AP...it will just expire whenever on it's expiration date.....until u hreach that expiration date, u still have the option to leave and get back to the US.

Even if you don't have any travel plans you need to have AP. You never know when situation comes and need to travel. Better to be safe. You know how much it will take to get when you want it.
