I applied for my AP last month (June 19th). The case status shows 400-430 days. Is it taking that long for AP?
I wanted to go to India in Dec but I'm having 2nd thoughts now -to wait till I get the AP.
No, it is not taking that much time. The service centers issue processing times twice a month. For the NSC it currently states April 30, 2004. Mine was approved today and was filed May 10, 2004.
