I recently travelled using AP,I had with me 2 original sheets of AP issued by INS. I was not asked for AP while leaving the US. While coming back, at the BOARDING gate in India, they asked for a copy of the AP which they kept ( not sure if it was for the airport or the airline) and asked me to show the original for verification. At the port of entry, I was asked to go to secondary inspection. Here the officer did not keep any of the original sheets of AP nor asked me for a copy. Just stamped the I-94 as well as on the AP. I saw in this forum that one of the sheets is kept by BCIS for thier records. Is this going to be a problem? I am very worried if this may cause any problems. Plus my A # was wrong on the AP and the officer made a note of that on the AP.
