I got RFE on I-485
rfe: they are asking for employer letter for verification & w2’s for last 2 yrs
My lawyer prepared the AC21 letter format , samething I got from my new company also. This week my lawyer is sending to INS .
I got emergency to go India on Dec , my question :
I have my current AP , its going to expires on Nov, I applied new EAD and AP in Aug for extension , I got new EAD , next I got AP RFE (Aug 1st) (RFE – need our photos, b’case we applied AP on online ) .INS received my RFE (Aug 18th),one time LUD on AP (Aug, 29th). But I got RFE on I 485 on Sep 6th .This week INS going to receive my rfe reply.
Chances are if my i485 is approved , then I can get cards or I can stamp on passport then I can go. .b’case my PD is EB2 Jan, 2002, may be happens something in next month.
Next if AP is approved , then I can go before Dec.
Only one time LUD on AP , next got RFE on I 485..why AP is not yet approved ,ins got my AP RFE reply its already 30 to 40 days passed .
In both cases won’t move fast … how can I go to India in Dec .please advice any gurus .

I-140/I485 filed in feb 05, concurrent filling.
I-485 denied and then reopened in sep 05 b'cos of company A2P.
I140 approved in sep 05.
AP rfe-photos –Aug 1st , rfe received on Aug 18th
LUD on AP –Aug 29th
I485-RFE-Sep 6th -emp verification ,this week ins going to receive,,????
I485 Approved ..????????waiting
