AP travel question

Our AP is expiring on july 1st and we are not planning to renew.

Is there any time period we should not travel just before expiry without showing renewal documents.

I know as long as we travel within the expiry period, that should be okay and it makes sense.

But any rules that we should have been renewed AP, before travel?

You can travel w/o any problems until the day on your AP expiring date. That's the reason you have the AP validity period ... this has nothing to do with renewal.
