AP - Transit visa - Singaport Airlines

Hi,
I have AP that is valid till 02/2006.
I'm planning to go to india via singapore(singapore airlines)and will use AP to re-enter USA.
At present my H1 visa is expired. Do i need to get transit visa to travel as my trip is through singapore and the plane will land in singapore and seoul for refuelling.
