AP still pending and H1b valid

My advance parole I 131 is pending now for "long time" at TSC. I still have a valid H1b from the same employer till 2004. Can I travel outside the US if needed on an emergency without an ap?
 
Travel on H1

You can always travel on H1 regardless your AP. You have to have a valid visa stamp on passport to travel on H1.
