AP status: what does this mean?

My I-131, AP application online status has been changed to:

Current Status:

On March 11, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.


Could anybody tell me what does this mean? is this an aaproval notice? Why it is not displayed as:

This case has been approved ....,

What is the diference? RD is Nov 21 03, TSC.

Your approval notice is on its way. If you filed through your attorney, it will go to him else it will come to you directly.

Thanks for your reply. I checked mine, the status is same. The status is very confusing. SRC 485 , can you please update status, That will give us some hope.
