I had filed for my 3rd AP back in April and on Nov.21 they issues an RFE regarding my I-140. I didn't get the RFE until last week due to misspelled name and street address. Anyway, I just checked the status online and it has been changed to the following:
"On December 10, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
Does anyone have a clue what this means?
