AP stamp question, please help

I traveled back to my home country last year using my Adavance Parole docuemnt, and INS officer stamped my new I-94 when I re-entered USA. The new I-94 says "Parole Untill April XX 2004".

My I-485 is pending right now (Dec 2002 filer). Will my my status in USA still be legal after April 2004??

Should I get a new I-94 somehow (don't know how) or new AP since my current I-94 saying Parole until April 2004?

Does anybody have similiar experience? Please advise.

If you I-485 is pending then you are leagal in the country.
you might wanna apply for new AP if you like to travel in future before you GC gets approved.
