AP RFE Received:<

After waiting for 180days, my wife got the RFE asking for underlying 140 to get her AP. For me, I haven't heard anything yet on AP application yet.

Do you think I need to send another marriage certificate for her?
She's the derivative applicant. What else do we need to send in?

This is very frustrating, we are hoping to leave US in Mid December. I thought the time is enough enough given we submitted the application on 4/9. Now do you guys think we can get the AP in a timely fasion before mid Dec.?

Submit Your

1. Your I140
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Your I485
4. Her I485

And write a letter to INS stating that Your are the Primary Applicant and your wife is a dependent Applicant.


At least then they may realize that your wife is a dependent applicant.

Not sure if our lawyer get a copy of this note as well. Do you think I should have them do that or there is nothing else they can really do besides sending the four items you list?
