AP RFE....because of a stupid mistake

Never send photo copies of signed pages of applications (where applicant signs). That is the lesson I learnt from my stupid mistake

I got RFE on my wife's AP because I sent the photo copy of the signed page (by mistake). USCIS asked us to send the original 3rd page of AP application with the applicant signature.

I just thought of sharing this info, with those who want to file their AP & EAD on their own. Never mix up your orginals wiht photo copies when you fill up the applications with black ink.

When did you file it and how long did it take for INS to request for RFE from you?

AP ND is 5/13/04 for my wife and me. Mine approved on 8/9/04. RFE was issued for my wife's AP on 8/10/04.
