AP RFE..any thoughts

Hi,
My wife got an RFE for AP and i am the primary applicant.
The RFE says we need to send TSC the recipt for I-485 application.
We applied I-485 in Dec 2002 and recieved AP and EAD recipt notices for both of us on Dec 13th saying ND is Dec 11th. But
for I-485, we didnot receive any recipt but my lawyer recieved her copy along with her copy of AP and EAD. So now can i send INS my lawyer copy.

Any one received this type of RFE.
 
Yes, sent it now. should nt be a problem. For Ap or EAD, you have to submit a copy of the I-485 receipt notice.

Hi Sai,
We applied AP, EAD and I-485 at the same time. How can we apply for AP with I-485 recipt in this case.?
