AP Renewal

I kept thinking we were this close to our GC & kept waiting ... but still nothing.
We want to travel to India in December. Our AP expired in Aug of this year. Can I go to the Local INS office to get it renewed? How long do you think this process might take?

It all depends on your local INS office. Some can do it the same day and some take more time. Best is to call the local office or visit their site at INS web site.

I renewed my AP recently from sending out application to receiving renew it took less than 3 weeks. I have to say VSC is extremely efficient at this case.
