AP Renewal - Which Address to use?

Gurus,

I am applying for EAD and AP renewal together at NSC (where I-485 is pending). I am sending the application forms together in the SAME envelope.

My question is:
What is the exact address (P.O Box) should I send these to?

Is it:
1. P.O. Box 87131, Lincoln, NE (address for sending I-131)
2. P.O. Box 87765, Lincoln, NE (address for sending I-765)
3. P.O. Box 87485, Lincoln, NE (address for sending I-485)
4. P.O. Box 82521, Lincoln, NE (address in I485 receipt notice)

When EAD and AP are sent together, what is the 'principal' form?
