AP Renewal-When to apply

When should one apply AP renewal before the original one expires?

Will INS approve renewal on day after the first AP expires or will the new AP approval date depends on when the application is sent?

AP application

NSC is taking about two months for AP approval.

Approval start from the day your application for AP is approved not when you previous one expires

Its not mandatory to renew if you dont want to travel outside USA.
