AP renewal TSC or NSC !!!???

I have my pending I485 app at NSC and it is not transfered anywhere .I recently applied for AP renewal at NSC . They returned my application yesterday .It came with a letter stating i need to send it to dallas address . Does anyone has idea what is going on or any recommendations.

I am not sure that you can renew an AP, but only apply for a new one, maybe that is your issue.

Yes, what is going on is that, as of July 2007, there is a new rule that you have to send AP and EAD applications to the center that serves your jurisdiction, not to the center where your I-485 is pending. If you read the instructions for I-131, you'll see.
