My AP is expiring at the end of Nov and I'm planning a trip outside US during Xmas. I'm trying to renew my AP. So what other documents I need exept check, 2 photos, Form 131, old AP, I485 receipt, I94, a AP letter? Is there anybody knows how to write the letter saying that you really need it? My first AP was filed by the lawyer paid by my company, but right now the company would not pay them any more, so I have to file it myself. BTW, my I485(WAC-01-294) is pending for 13 months.
