Me and my wife's AP is going to expire in Nov 2010. Can I e-File the I-131 application using the online efile website? Also the fees its shows is $305, I thought the fees increased, looks like not yet.
There is lot of talking about filling it using the lockbox? I am confused little bit, so please help me.
