My wife entered using advance parole and her 485 is pending and now she is applying for AP.EAD renewal?

under class of admission field? on 131 form, what shall we write? advance parole or some thing else?

Which address do i need to send by mail? vermont/chicago? My GC is based on emplyment based?

Class of Admission: AOS (adjustment of status -Advance Parole)
Mail to your service center (VSC). They will Log it in their system, send you the Receipt for tracking and redirect it to wherever it needs to be sent.
