AP renewal message, what does it mean?

I just checked the status of my AP renewal on line, the message is as following:

On January 3, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

What does it mean?

Congratulations ... your AP is approved!

If your lawyer filed your AP, contact him/her for your AP by this weekend.
 
it means..that they approved ur AP on 1/3/03. You should receive the approval notice in a week. Usually after few days, the message will change to something like this.."This case has been approved...."
