AP renewal got RFE

Is this for a dependant

It has become a practice in BCIS as far as I know in CSC center to send a RFE for the dependants AP irrespective of the merits of the case.
If it's your spouse RFE would be for marraige certificate else if your child DOB certificate. Good luck.
 
I saw few cases recently about RFEs for marriage certificate on dependent's AP enven though they attached marriage certificate with the actual filing! I guess it is better to attach several copies with the filing and add those copies inbetween other required papers (one before I-140 copy, one after I-485 receipt etc.) so that they won't miss it. Also on the cover letter specify in bold that it does has marriage certificate attached. I don't know if it means over doing it but looks like based on current situation it is needed.
