INS has light workload

This clearly shows two things:

(1) INS has hardly anywork
(2) The freeze on AOS and Naturalizations continues albeit informally, despite the anouncements stating the contrary.

I have a gut feeling that USA is not going to be what it used to be for immigrants. This govt of the USA is going to change all that America stood for the last 200 years.
 
They can make things happen

If they really wanna work they can make things happen but they won't
