Last week called TSC twice, both times different IIOs told that our(Self and Spouse) AP reneuals were approved on March 28, 2003(ND: Jan 30, 2003). But, AVM as well as OSC did not get updated.
Second time, I've pointed out that both systems were not updated. IIO said "I'm telling you it is approved".
Hopefully they are approved and expecting to receive the notices this week.
