AP related question - Need ur help

Gurus,

My wife is in India and she has got her AP approval notice
with her. On the application, I have mentioned that the duration
of her stay is 1 month but she stayed there for more than one
month. Is it going cause a problem at port of entry when she comes?

stay outside on AP

There won\'t be any problem at all. AP is valid for one year and the person can go and back any time and the duration of stay outside will not be a issue if it is less than 3 months. Staying there for a longer period may invite a couple of questions at the time of entry. Good Luck.
