AP rejected- where to apply?

Hi,
I applied for my son's AP, to :-

Immigration I-131
POBox 194207
San Francisco, CA 94119-4207

Recieved Rejection Notice on 3/27/03 with the following reason:-
Your case is pending with CSC.
Only 485 pending with SanFrancisco District office will be adjudicated locally.

Please advise, where I should send the application to?

My 485 application # is WAC-02-76.....
